I live in our new home in Pflugerville, Texas where I've recently created my in-home photo studio! I was born here in Austin and I love the people here so much. I'm a huge fan of keeping things "weird" and the weather drives me batty just like any other local. I've been here my whole life and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. I have always loved art and color and found my passion for photography after the birth of my first son 5 years ago.
When my second baby came along I turned what I love into a business and have never looked back. I know I'm very lucky that I get to be at home with my kids all day, work with wonderful people, and have my passion and hobby as a career. Before I became a stay at home mommy I was a pre-K teacher for about 5 years. I absolutely adore children. I love their excitement,
unconditional love for all things, curiosity and innocence. I think everyone still has some of this in them, even if it's hidden, and it's my job to bring that out. That is my goal.
I want to take a picture of you and/or your child being themselves, even if that means they are not looking straight at me or not smiling for every single picture; or even if their bouncing around, dancing, laughing, and poking my camera lens. I love looking at all of my client photos and laughing at the memory of the moment. I hope you feel the same way when you view your portraits. I want you to be touched by my pictures or even listen for the laugh coming through one of your pictures.
I think photography is an art; something you need the talent and eye for creating. You need to be able to remove distractions,
be personable, act like a clown if needed, and focus on that tiny baby or loving family. Take a peek at my gallery and see if you
think that's what I've accomplished. Our shoot will be easy going, relaxed, and most of all fun! I plan to capture the moments that you will remember and cherish for a lifetime.
